Movie of the Week - Lucky Girl (2001) with Elisha Cuthbert

This movie was a bit of a hidden gem. 

Being a keen blackjack gambler I was impressed by the realism of the gambling, and also the highs and lows of gambling.

Elisha Cuthbert did an outstanding job, especially considering she was so young, and this movie was well before Love Actually (2003), The Girl Next Door (2004) and House of Wax (2005).

Well worth a watch.
